Virginia Catherine Webster, 84, of Medill, Missouri, passed away at 5:30pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Capital Region Medical Center, in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Virginia was born May 10, 1941, in Kahoka, Missouri to Walter and Helen (McDonnell) Morris. Virginia was united in marriage to Stanley Webster on October 21, 1960, at St Michael’s Catholic Church, in Kahoka and he survives.
Virginia was a 1959 graduate of Kahoka High school and a faithful member of the St Michael’s Catholic Church in Kahoka. Virginia was a hard worker and immediately after graduating high school she started working at the Kahoka Cheese Company until they closed. Then later along with her husband Stanley they owned and operated the Kahoka Cheese Shop until they retired. Virginia appreciated her customers at the cheese shop and their friendship.
Virginia loved to eat if Stanley or somebody else was cooking. She looked forward to watching her favorite TV show Who Wants To Be a Millionaire along with her dog “Shy”.
Virginia is survived by her husband, brother and sisters-in-law Russell (Bonnie) Webster of Wyaconda, MO., Geraldine (Jerry) Berringer of Hines City, FL., nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws Russell and Ida May Webster, and a sister-in-law Louise Roth.
Graveside services will be held Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Kahoka Cemetery, Kahoka, Missouri. Father Rob Fields presiding. Visitation with family present will be held at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, Friday, January 9, 2026, from 10:00 am until time of graveside at 11:00 am. Memorials in memory of Virginia Webster are suggested to go to St Judes Children’s Hospital or Kahoka Cemetery.
