Stanley Joe Webster

Stanley Joe Webster, 87, of Medill, Missouri, passed away at 6:59pm on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at Arbor Hills Nursing Center in St Louis, Missouri.

Stanley was born January 6, 1939, in Wyaconda, Missouri to Russell and Ida May (Shannan) Webster. Stanley was united in marriage to Virginia Catherine (Morris) Webster on October 21, 1960, at St Michael’s Catholic Church, in Kahoka and she preceded him in death January 6, 2026.

Stanley was a 1957 graduate of Wyaconda High school. After high school Stanley farmed along with his brother Russell. Stanley and Virginia later in life owned and operated the Kahoka Cheese Shop until they retired.

Stanley was a dedicated private pilot and aviation enthusiast. Known for his love of the clouds, he was a mentor to many, spending countless hours in his personal aircraft one of two, and teaching flying classes for many years. He was a big part of getting the Paul Rowe Memorial Airport in Kahoka. Stanley will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, precision in the cockpit, and dedication as a loyal friend.

Stanley is survived by his brother, Russell (Bonnie) Webster of Wyaconda, MO., his sister, Geraldine (Jerry) Berringer of Hanes City, FL., nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his in-laws Walter and Helen (McDonnell) Morris, a sister Louise Roth and a brother Wayne (Jan) Wagner.

Graveside services will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Kahoka Cemetery, Kahoka, Missouri. Father Rob Fields presiding. Visitation with family present will be held at the Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home, Friday, April 10, 2026, from 10:00 am until the graveside at 11:00 am.
