Sheree Lee Ash

Sheree Lee Ash (68), of Alexandria, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 24, 2022.

She was born on July 7, 1954, to Alva and Betty (Toops) Ash, and she was a graduate of Clark County High School.  Sheree worked as a factory worker and she and her spouse Todd McCann, also operated the Trading Post Fireworks for over 20 years.

Sheree loved to do crafts and enjoyed sewing and embroidery, and was very fond of her pet cat, “Rock.”  Most of all Sheree loved and adored her family.

Sheree leaves behind her partner and spouse, Todd McCann, Brother Scott (Donna) Ash of Wayland, Missouri and Sister Dawna Reece of Iowa City, Iowa.  Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and her special cats.

Sheree was preceded in death by her parents Alva and Betty Ash, two brothers: Stephen Ash and Mark Ash, niece Tonya Ash and nephew Tripp Ash.

There will be a graveside service for Sheree at Sand Cemetery at 10:00am, on Saturday, November 5, 2022.  The Wilson & Triplett Funeral Home of Kahoka has been entrusted with the care and arrangements.
