Scott Adams, age 37 of Williamstown, MO, died Saturday, November 9, 2013 in Wyaconda, MO.

Scott Adams was born February 16, 1976 at Memphis, MO, a son of Charles and
Christina Webster Adams.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Christina and Lloyd Brookhart of Wyaconda, MO; his father, Charlie Adams of Gorin, MO; grandfather, Charles Adams of Gorin, MO; his "baby girl" and favorite pet, Brandy; two brothers, Shawn (Jenny) Webster of Kahoka, MO and Chris (Misty) Adams of Luray, MO; two step-sisters, Melissa Brookhart of North Dakota and Victoria (Mrs. Jamie) Casteel of French Village, MO; nieces and nephews: Mackenzie, Blair and Grady Webster, Corey, Zach, and Emily McCutcheon, Logan, Payton and Megan Thomas, Jace Howell, October and Novi Adams and Andrew and Nathan Casteel; aunts and uncles: Mike (Brenda) Webster of Canton, MO, Cheri Aldridge and Linda Ferrell, both of Loveland, CO, Mike (Sharon) Adams of Peculiar, MO, Alan (Tammy) Adams of Memphis, MO, and Anna Keegan of St. Louis, MO; Ross and Ryan Saxton of Kahoka, who were very dear to his heart; as well as great aunts and uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents including Garland Webster, Darlene Glasgow, Beulah Edwards and Margaret Adams; one brother, Don McCutcheon; a nephew, Ayden Michael Adams; an uncle, Eddie Aldridge; and an aunt, Mary Adams.

Scott was a 1994 graduate of Wyaconda High school. He was a truck driver most of his life and had been an employee of IMI Equipment in Kahoka.

Scott was a people person. More than anything he loved hanging out with his family and friends. He was most happy spending time at a bonfire or on a ball field. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and was an avid golfer. He spent a lot of times on area golf courses, but not as much time as he would have liked. He loved playing softball and was a member of a co-ed softball team in Luray each summer. He was also actively involved in derbying.

Funeral services celebrating his life were held Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with Rev. Jim Campbell officiating. Burial was in the Ballard Cemetery.

Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka after 9 a.m. Wednesday with family receiving friends from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
