RHYKIN AYDELL HALL

Rhykin Aydell Hall, 7 mos, 22 days, precious daughter of Keylee Hall and Austin Steinbach, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at her home in Wayland, MO surrounded by her family following a brave battle of rabdomyosarcoma of the liver, one of 34 in the United States.

Rhykin was born October 18, 2011 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, IA, the daughter of Austin Steinbach and Keylee Hall.

She is survived by her parents, Austin and Keylee of Wayland, MO; grandparents, Jerry Hall of Leon, IA, and Jennifer Ferguson-Hall of Wayland, MO; great grandparents, Judy Hall of Greenfield, IA, Catherine Gredell-Derr of Keokuk, IA, and Larry and Barb Ferguson of Keokuk, IA; great-great grandparents, Marie Johnston of Lamoni, IA and Marianna Fryer Gredell of Keokuk, IA; aunts and uncles, Austin and Ashlee Hall of Wayland, MO and Clarence Steinbach, Jr. of Council Bluffs, IA; great aunts and uncles: Brian and Lindsey Hall of Greenfield, IA, Scott and Kim Landrum of Liberty, MO, Sarah Roach and Tony McCarty of Keokuk, IA and Sarah and Tim Ruddle of Keokuk, IA; her cousins, Tucker Steinbach of DesMoines, IA, Breanne, Kennedy, Andrew, Logan, and Quintin Roach of Keokuk, IA, Connor and Braydan McCarty of Keokuk, IA, Chelsea Sheeder of Greenfield, IA, Hailey, Dakota and McKenzie Hall of Greenfield, IA, and Talmadge, Tricia and Theresa Williams of Keokuk, IA; as well as other relatives.

She was preceded in death by grandmother, Debrah Steinbach; cousins, Tyler and Ella Roach; great-great grandmother, Eleanor Ferguson; great-great grandfather, Joseph "Chewie"

Gredell; and, great-great aunt, Connie McClure.

From the moment Rhykin entered this world she became the center of her families' lives. She shared a special relationship with her Grandma Jennifer and loved to sleep in Grandma's bed more than her own. She loved 80's music, Beavis and Butthead, and long stroller rides. She hated REO Speedwagon and Jewel. She always had a smile on her face even in her suffering and cared about everyone else's needs ahead of her own, even though she definitely let you know what and when she wanted something. In her very short life, she touched the lives of so many.

Funeral services and burial were private. Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home after 9 a.m. Tuesday. Visitation was held Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with a Loving Thoughts of Rhykin by her Grandma Jennifer at Visitation.

Memorials in lieu of flowers were suggested to the family with checks made payable to Jennifer Ferguson-Hall.
