RENEE GOODMAN

Rhonda Renee Mohr Goodman, age 52, of Wayland, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019 at her home.

Renee was born April 4, 1967 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Everett and Betty Jean Morehouse Mohr.

She was united in marriage to David Goodman on May 4, 1991. He preceded her in death on July 8, 2015.

Survivors include her brother, Timothy (Jennifer) Mohr of St. Louis, MO; a niece and nephew, Samantha and Jacob Mohr of St. Louis, MO; uncles and aunts: Raymond (Rose) Morehouse of Kahoka, Majorie (Allan) Henderson of Gillespie, IL, Louise Morehouse of Kahoka, and Mary Morehouse and Janet (Francis) Parsons, all of Wayland; as well as many cousins and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David; uncles and aunts: Marvin and Hazel Morehouse and Floyd and Edwin Morehouse; and a cousin, Tina Thomas.

Renee graduated from Clark Co. High School in 1985 and attended Southeast Iowa Community College in Keokuk. She had been an employee of ADM for almost 30 years.

Renee loved animals, listening to music, and spending time with family.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with Pastor Dixie Laube officiating. Burial followed in the St. Paul Cemetery in Kahoka.

Memorials are suggested to the Wayland First Responders.
