Yvonne dedicated her life to raising her family. After they grew up, she worked at the Industrial Opportunities for ten years. She was an avid reader. She enjoyed going to the library and enjoyed being on the computer and keeping up with family and friends each day through facebook. She had a green thumb and was constantly getting starts from plants and trees she saw. She enjoyed collecting Indian artifacts, elephants of all kinds and watching birds play in her bird feeders. More than anything, she loved her family and especially being with her grandchildren. It was important that her family spend time together especially on holidays. Family time was valuable and she was very proud of all of her children and grandchildren and their many accomplishments.
