DREW E. KIRCHNER

Drew E. Kirchner, age 47, of rural Kahoka, MO, died unexpectedly on Friday, December 18, 2015 at his home in Antioch.

Drew was born January 15, 1968, a twin to Derek, and son of Dr. K. E. and Lois Muhrer Kirchner.

He was united in marriage to Dawn Washburn on October 18, 1997.

Survivors include his wife, Dawn, of the home; his father, Dr. K. E. Kirchner of Kahoka, MO; mother-in-law, Donna Washburn of Kahoka, MO and grandmother-in-law, Virginia Phillips, also of Kahoka, MO; two daughters, Amanda (Jason) Lubbert of Quincy, IL and Jennifer (Brad) Richardson of Carthage, IL; four grandchildren: Leah, Harper, Emma and Brilynn; two brothers, his twin, Derek, and Darren (Kelley) Kirchner, both of Kahoka, MO; one niece and three nephews: Breanna, Braydon, Briston, and Galen Kirchner; aunt and uncle, Marvene and John McCoy of Lebanon, MO; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Lora Houck of Des Moines, IA, Tracy Washburn of Kahoka, MO, Bruce (Margie) Kelley of GA, Larry Kelley of Indianola, IA, Barry (Traci) Kelley of Carlisle, IA and Avard (Melissa) Washburn of Kahoka, MO; as well as other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his mother; his father-in-law, Richard Washburn; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Ruby Kirchner; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Ruth Muhrer; his beloved companion, Hercules "Bubba"; and other relatives.

Drew was a 1986 graduate of Clark Co R-1 High School and former employee of Midwest Honda and Roquette. He was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and could watch the outdoor channel for hours. More than anything, he cherished his time spent with his grandkids and riding the "vroom vroom" with his little man.

Friends call at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka after noon on Sunday with family receiving friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Cremation followed with a private service and inurnment to be held at a later date.
