CARROL H. VINEYARD

Carrol H. Vineyard, age 82, of Luray, MO, died Monday, October 1, 2012 in the Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua, IA.

Carrol was born December 17, 1929 at Revere, MO, a son of Joseph and Laura Maisie King Vineyard.

He married Bonnie Lee Walker at the Bethel Murdoch Church in Murdoch, Ohio.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie, of the home; one son, Jeffrey Carrol (Beth) Vineyard of Farmington, IA; two daughters: Karen Vineyard of Luray, MO and Lisa (Jim) Ware of Eagle River, AK; eleven grandchildren: Brad (Jeanne) Cochenour of Keosauqua, IA, Aaron and Adam Mason both of Luray, MO, Brittany Ware of San Antonio, TX, Alexandria Ware of Cupertino, CA, Jeffrey Vineyard of Donnellson, IA, Amanda Vineyard of Farmington, IA, Tressa Vineyard of Donnellson, IA, Martin, Lizan and Anderson Vineyard all of Farmington, IA; three great-

grandchildren: Tiffany and Jacklyn Cochenour and Zarah Smith; two brothers, Sam Vineyard of Keokuk, IA and George (Rita) Vineyard of Burlington, IA; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Alvin (Marjorie) Walker of Loveland, TX, Martha ((Ronald) Bivens of Murdock, OH, Shelby (Lynn) Gulliford of Bluffton, SC, and Susan (Barry) Fields of Morrow, OH; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Donald Vineyard and his wife,

Catherine, and a sister in infancy.

Carrol attended Revere High School until he was drafted into the U. S. Airforce. Following his term of service he attended G.I. School.

He farmed and raised cattle all of his life and in the winter would push snow for MoDot.

He loved being outdoors caring for his land and cattle and spending time hunting. Special to him was when Bonnie would ride alongside on the tractor while the kids would play along the edge in the dirt.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Lemons officiating.

Burial was in the Revere Cemetery.

A memorial will be established.
