ANDREA D. SHELTON

Andrea D. Shelton, age 28, of Luray, MO, died Friday, June 23, 2006 in a one-vehicle accident north of Luray, MO.

She was born February 11, 1978 at Keosauqua, IA, a daughter of Linda Goldie Louck and of Gary Louck.

She was married to Ronnie R. Shelton in 1996. He preceded her in death in March of 1997, one month prior to the birth of their daughter, Ebbonie.

Survivors include her daughter, Ebbonie Rondrea Shelton of the home; her father, Gary Louck of Cottonwood Falls, KS; her mother, Linda Louck of Keosauqua, IA; grandparents, Phillip and Lucille Goldie of Denmark, IA; her mother-in-law, Andra Bullock of Vinita, OK;two brothers, Ty Louck and his wife, Becky, of Wever, IA and Justin Louck of Bonaparte, IA; one sister, Holly Salyers and her husband, Chuck, of Luray, MO; nieces: Samantha and Morgan Louck and Megan and Kelsey Salyers; aunts and uncles, Hurley and Gloria Gregory of West Point, IA and Rick and Cindy Goldie of Denmark, IA; also great aunts and uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Andrea graduated from high school in Blue Jacket, OK in 1996 and later from Northeast Oklahoma Tech. The past five years she had been a CNA at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

Andrea was a devoted mother to her daughter, Ebbonie and raising and caring for her was her purpose in life. Although she was very busy as mother and sole provider, she still found time to read, garden, fish and watch wrestling, all of which she enjoyed.. She also helped with 4-H and her daughter's Girl Scout troop. She was a good friend and was lovingly referred to as the "leader of the clique". Her daughter was everything to her and the time they spent together was very precious.

A funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, June 25, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with Pastor Barb Byroum officiating. Burial will follow in Denmark Cemetery, Denmark, IA.

Friends can call at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka after 9 a.m. Sunday with family receiving friends from1 p.m. until time of services. Memorials are suggested to her daughter.
